Remote Support Services

Remote support is available for customers on a per-incident or contract basis. Contracts are billed in 6 month or 12 month increments. Single incident session will entitle customer to 1 remote call (up to 30 min in length). Contract subscriptions will entitle customer to 3 remote calls per month (up to 30 min each). In the event the technician is unable to resolve the issue remotely, it may be necessary to bring the computer in for service. In this event the customer will be credited 1/2 hour worth of labor towards the repair. High-Speed internet may be required for services to be performed properly, and may not be available to all customers. Other restrictions or exceptions may apply.
